The Event
Date/Time: May 15, 2026 | 1pm-4pm
Location: 750 Stadium Dr, Durham, NC 27704
Set-Up | Breakdown
Vehicles and volunteers available to help move items to and from your station.
- Set-up will begin at 9:00am. Set-up MUST be complete by 10:30am.
- Break-down will begin at 4pm.
- All exhibits and materials should be cleaned up by 5:00pm.
- Bring a refillable water bottle (H20 Go Truck).
Registration
Select one team member to go to the Registration Tent check in your organization.
- At the registration table, you will be directed to the appropriate Neighborhood.
- Be sure to communicate your Neighborhood and Table location to the rest of your team.
- Please bring all equipment needed for your designated space (6 ft table, table cover, chairs, tent etc.) This is an outdoor event, so please prepare for any weather conditions.
